Personal Tasks: Crafted a brief brand overview, highlighted the brand's timeline and offerings and conducted a SWOT analysis. I defined the target market and customer persona, supported by a competitor analysis and pricing summary. I justified the pop-up, outlined expected learnings and metrics, and meticulously planned dates, assortment, and market area. Enhancing foot traffic, I identified attractions and strategically chose the pop-up location, with a summarized Pop-Up and Interior Mockup for a successful launch. The features and fixtures were succinctly summarized for a cohesive Marni Pop-Up experience.
